FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY - In this 13-week series, beginning Sunday, September 5th, at 5 PM, Dave Ramsey teaches how to achieve financial goals. Cost is $99 per family (husband, wife, teens). Sign up and get class schedules and materials in the bookstore. Childcare available by reservation.

A SEPTEMBER OF SEEKING: 1 CHRON. 22:19 - Each Wednesday night during the month of September will be a special time of setting our hearts to seek the face of the Lord through worship, prayer and Scripture. We hope you'll to join us.

AWANA - The Awana program for ages 3-12 is off to a great start, but it's not too late to register your children for this fun Bible training program. There are also spots available for some leaders, listeners and substitute teachers. Call Cindy at the church office for details.

SENIOR ADULT SUNDAY - Our first Senior Adult Sunday is September 12th. Those age 50 and up are invited to sing in the Senior Choir for the service. Sign up in the atrium to participate. Rehearsal will be held Wednesday, September 8th, right after service.

MIDDLE ADULT CONNECTION - Ages 30-50 will meet for dinner and fun on Saturday, September 11th, 5:30-7:30 PM in the fellowship hall. It will be Mexi Night! Cost is $9 each at the door for a catered meal. Sign up by September 5th, and note if you'd like to bring an appetizer or dessert. Childcare will be available for 5th graders and younger.

MOM'S CONNECTION - Moms of kids elementary-age and under will meet Monday, September 13th, 7 PM at Yoyo Yogurt, Mullins Crossing. Moms, cool off with frozen yogurt and visit with some friends! Sign up in the atrium to attend. Call Brooke at 706-825-1752 for more information.

MEN'S MINISTRY MEETING - The men will be continuing their study of Dennis Swanberg's book The ManCode on Monday, September 13th, at 7 PM in the fellowship hall. There will not be a meal served at this meeting.

FAITHFUL FRIENDS - The seniors will meet Thursday, September 16th, at 6:30 PM in the fellowship hall. This will be a Salad Night. No cost - just bring your favorite salad and join us for fellowship. Sign up by Wednesday, September 15th, to participate.

GRIEF SUPPORT CONNECTION - If you'd like to attend a meeting to talk about organizing a grief support group please sign up in the atrium.

SPECIAL FAMILY EVENT - Master Illusionist Harris III along with special guests 321 Improv will be here Friday, September 24th, 7:30 PM. This will be great fun for the whole family! Tickets are available in The Grove Bookstore for $5 each, ages 12 and under are FREE. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.

SAVANNAH DAY TRIP - All senior and middle adults are invited to take a day trip to Savannah on Thursday, October 21st. Cost is $73 each which covers transportation, a riverboat cruise and meal. Sign up and pay a $20 deposit, with $25 due in September and $28 due by October 17th. Info sheets are in the atrium.

JOIN THE CHOIR! - The choir is open to new members. Work is beginning on Christmas music, so it's a great time to get involved. Come to rehearsal if you're interested.
- CELEBRATE RECOVERY - If you struggle with any type of hurt, hang-up, or addictive behavior, this weekly ministry is for you! It meets every Thursday at 7 PM in the church fellowship hall. Registration isn't necessary, but you must sign up for childcare by calling the church office. For more information, please call Matt or Misty at 706-798-9260.
- SERVICE ETIQUETTE AT THE SANCTUARY - Thank you for your assistance in making our worship services a time where all attention is placed on the Lord. You can help us by following these guidelines:
- Please turn off cell phones and pagers before entering the auditorium.
- Please do not leave or move around during prayer or the altar call.
- Please take crying or disruptive children to the atrium. A nursery is available for children birth up to 4 years. Children's Church is available for ages 4-12.
- If you know you will need to leave the service early, please sit in the back row of a section near an exit.
- If you must leave the auditorium during service and plan to return, please sit near the back when you re-enter.
- ONLINE GIVING AVAILABLE - We can now accept donations thru our website using MasterCard, Visa or electronic checks. Visit www.thesanctuaryofaugusta.org for more information.
- HELP US TAKE CARE OF OUR FACILITY - Please help us keep our building in good condition by remembering the following guidelines: All beverages and food should be confined to the coffee shop. For safety reasons, there should be no Healy's (shoes with wheels) used inside the building. Thank you!
